Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes has a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Turner for one of our manufacturing clients in the Bristol area. Our client supplies machined parts to huge aerospace companies and airlines.
The Role:
Programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes Installing workpieces, fixtures and cutting tools Production of high–quality detail parts Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Adherence to health and safety protocols Adherence to specifications and quality standards The Candidate:
Experience with twin spindle, multi–axis Lathes Experienced with programming, setting, operating Twin spindle, Multi Axis CNC lathes / Turning Machine Experience with Citizen Miyano machines is very desirable Experienced with Fanuc Controls Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Understanding of machining principles, tooling and materials Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Programming Fanuc controlled CNC Machines Ability to read and interpret drawings Ability to resolve common CNC machine issues (tooling problems etc) Experience using measuring equipment The Benefits:
GBP20 p/h including shift premium (GBP38,480) Double days Monday to Thursday 6 2, 2 10, Fridays 6 11, 11 4 Overtime at time and a half Company Pension 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
