This is a permanent role with a well–established precision manufacturer, offering internal training and clear long–term development for someone who wants more responsibility over time, not just another shop–floor job.

You'll be joining a business that manufactures complex machined and assembled components, where quality and accuracy matter and strong performers are supported with further development as the company grows with new contracts.

In this role you'll set, operate and maintain CNC milling machines, carrying out online programming to produce high–quality parts to strict specifications.

This role suits a CNC Milling Setter Operator who is motivated by progression and stepping up into a lead position, alongside developing technically through internal training and continuous improvement.

The Role:

Setting, operating, online programming and basic maintenance of CNC milling machinesProducing complex machined components in a precision manufacturing environment in BristolDouble days shift pattern (6am–2pm Mon–Thu / 6am–11am Fri and 2pm–10pm Mon–Thu / 11am–4pm Fri) with overtime at 1.5x

The Person:
