We are looking for an experienced Building Services Project Engineer with a strong mechanical bias to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid Building Services background who is looking to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion while developing their career within a growing business.

Plant replacementCommercial MEP fit-outs (CAT A & CAT B)Building Services refurbishmentsMEP Design Only and Design & Build projectsDesign validation and condition surveysDilapidation's and lifecycle replacement worksThe Role:

As a Building Services Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of mechanical and MEP projects, with responsibilities including:

Carrying out site surveysPreparing estimates and tender returnsCoordinating and managing the design processProducing and reviewing technical submittalsDeveloping project programmesProcuring plant, materials and specialist subcontractorsSupporting and managing project delivery from inception to completionLiaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholdersManaging commissioning activities and project handoversEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

We're looking for someone who has:

A solid background in Building Services EngineeringA strong mechanical biasExperience delivering commercial MEP projectsGood technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services systemsStrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractorsA proactive attitude and the ambition to grow with a successful and expanding businessWhat We Offer:
