Manage multiple live event projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standardPlan, coordinate, and deliver full technical production across lighting, audio, video, staging, rigging, power, and scenic elementsOversee every stage of the event lifecycle-from pre-production through to on-site delivery and post-event debriefsInterpret client briefs and collaborate with internal specialists to create technical designs, drawings, and specifications (AutoCAD)Prepare accurate budgets and costings using rental management systemsOn-Site Leadership

Lead and supervise in-house teams, freelancers, and suppliersTake charge on-site, managing everything from load-in to live delivery and load-outEnsure all Health & Safety requirements are met, including RAMS and safety planningBuild strong working relationships with venues, clients, and partnersWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience in live event production or technical project managementStrong knowledge of lighting, audio, video, staging, and event infrastructureProficiency in AutoCAD and technical design processesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident communicator with strong leadership and client-facing skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt under pressureSolid understanding of Health & Safety standards in live eventsFull driving licence and valid passportWhy Join This Opportunity?
