Electrician in Chingford | EICRs, Fuse Box Upgrades & Fault Finding

Lloyd and his team are friendly, professional and provide great advice. I got an EICR sorted through them, and they were able to turn it around quickly at my request. They even talked me through the report and helped me understand the issues and what needed to be addressed. I would recommend them to anyone! Also being able to book a slot online is a huge bonus.

Lloyd has done a few different jobs since we moved in last year and every time has been amazing. His communication makes everything so easy to understand even for first time home owners like us. It’s so easy to book and get a quote. Nathan has also been round and he is a star. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

Unpleasant, unfriendly, and simply rude with an attitude from the start. He only called me to complain, dismiss my inquiry, and just dropped the call on me in the middle of me speaking, not even saying goodbye, but mockingly wishing me good luck with my little project (light switch exchange). I don't even want to imagine working with this person, with his lack of basic communication etiquette, respect, or politeness toward a potential customer. Maybe because we are compatriots, he just let himself go and behaved in this manner. I hope other customers will have a better experience than I did. P.S. The response below is a lie. We exchanged SMSes, emails and had that call.

I recently had Lloyd to replace some light fittings for me. Lloyd is a fantastic electrician, very friendly, knowledgable and puts the customer first. I’ll be using him for all future electrical work I have planned. 10/10 from me.

I have recently used Lloyd Hallowell Electrics to complete 2 EICR inspections and carry out work to remediate items that are unsatisfactory. The process to request a quote is easy and quick to follow. The communication from Lloyd and the team is excellent, work carried out is to a high standard and the electricians who come on-site are friendly and professional. Prices are competitive and quotes provided show a clear breakdown of items. Cannot recommend highly enough.
