My partner has been in contact with electraheat to arrange an appointment to replace a radiator and boiler. Didnt show up for the first appointment booked on with them and again didnt show up for the second arrangement. Lack of communication and punctuality and I have now had to contact somebody else to look at the job. Response- all contact with electraheat was made through WhatsApp with both Eddie and Dean and still no attendance

Did a boiler check and an EICR check for me and they were spot on. Good pair of lads and made sure everything was sorted for us before we moved out ready for the next owner. Highly recommend and will use again in the future! Cheers again lads!
