The service from start to end has been absolutely phenomenal. Dealt with Ryan who is exceptionally great at explaining and making you understand everything you need to. I got an appointment booked 2 days later for engineers to come out to fit the cameras. Mike came on the day to set up the camera’s. Mike was very attentive and asked where I wanted cameras positioned. Mike completed the job perfectly, the camera’s are up and running with great quality. Definitely recommend Alpha CCTV as they are not after your money like other companies, they put time, effort and care into what they do. Thank you 😃

Excellent service from Alpha, initially spoke to Ryan who talked me through the options with no pressure sales, he sent me photos on email showing the different qualities using colour vision at night which we opted for, the quote was very competitive. Mike arrived to fit and again talked me through the best camera placement options. When fitted he then went through the instructions and set up on my phone, work carried out was first class, cameras are working perfectly with good clarity, would definitely recommend.
