I engaged Ehab and his team to do my kitchen refurbishment. I had the design I wanted and met with a few handymen. The minute I met this team though I knew I'd be using them as I felt they matched my vibe and their price was good. There was a stock delay from the unit manufacturers which I had sourced directly so was nothing to do with Ehab and his team but they were very understanding about doing what could be done pending the kitchen being delivered two weeks later than scheduled. Throughout the project, I found every member of the team - Ehab, Abdul, Rizlan and Ibrahim - to be courteous, friendly, professional and respectful of boundaries. I had given a clear statement of works with all tasks defined and we stuck to that. I found Ehab to be a good leader who went the extra mile to ensure we, the customer were satisfied. When I wanted to increase the scope to include another area they were not initially contracted to do, Ehab gave us a decent price. Ultimately Ehab ensured the finish was done to good standard and all the bits on my snags list were done before the project was officially handed over. I have no hesitation recommending this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
