Description
Electronics Assembler
Location - Hackbridge
Pay - £12.71 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
Hours - 8.30am to 5pm (one hour break deduction)
Days - Monday to Friday
Duration - temporary, ongoing
We are seeking experienced Electronics Assemblers to work for an electronics company on a temporary contract. Candidates must have mechanical knowledge and experience with various assembly techniques. The role involves assembling electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Soldering experience is essential.
Duties
* Assemble electronic components using hand tools and power tools, following detailed specifications.
* Perform assembly tasks related to surface mount technology and ensure proper handling of delicate components.
* Conduct quality checks on assembled products to verify functionality.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Assist in the testing of assembled products to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electronic assembly.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
* Familiarity with surface mount technology is highly desirable.
* Basic understanding of electrical systems and logic controllers is an advantage.
