Fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, family-run business in Eccleshall!

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Electronic Assembly Operative with a background in electro assembly, who is also happy to assist with occasional admin duties. This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Electro assembly of small electronic components

Assembling precision parts and circuitry using tools and following specifications.

Basic soldering, wiring, and basic testing

Performing soldering of components, routing wires, and running initial performance or continuity tests to ensure correct function.

Quality checks requiring attention to detail

Inspecting completed assemblies for accuracy, functionality, and finish-ensuring that all products meet internal and customer quality standards.

Supporting office tasks: checking emails, processing orders, and general admin

Assisting with light administrative duties such as responding to customer queries, entering order data, and helping to keep the office workflow organised.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience in electro/electronic assembly

You've previously worked in a similar role and are confident with tools, assembly procedures, and technical drawings.

Strong eyesight and steady hands

Fine motor control and good vision are essential for handling small, sensitive components safely and accurately.

Strong attention to detail

You take pride in doing things right the first time, double-checking work to catch any issues before they become problems.

Comfortable with basic computer use (email, order systems)

Able to manage simple office software tasks like reading/responding to emails, entering order details, or printing documents.Hours:

Monday to Friday, full-time (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

A consistent weekday schedule with no weekend work.Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
