Help assembling patially fitted electric bikke

Hi there, I've got a schwinn but recently was diagnosed with a very serious illness hence I am not allowed to exercise. I got a conversion Kit to make it electric. Ive fitted it partialy but because of work I just havent got the time to finish it. If anyone can help with the finishing that would be super. I've got the original manual and extra spare parts in case you need them. Also I reckon the rear disc brake has an issue as i can seem to get it to grind the disc when the brake levers aren't pulled. I'm not sure how much it would cost but am happy to pay what you reckon it is going to cost.
