Kalkhoff Endeavour 1.B Electric bike
Bought August 2022, so only 3 years old.
Cost at time was £2300, now retail, new for over £3000.
It has had 2 dealer services so far. The next service is booked for 19th August. If sold before that date the service is already paid for so can be used by the buyer. If not sold before I will take it for its service and add the latest service report here. Previous reports in pictures, as are the original docs / invoice.
The bike has covered 2430 miles of road use only. (this may go up a little as I still take it out to keep it in its best condition)
Still on original tyres and brakes so it has been gently & considerately used and well cared for. Always kept in dry shed and battery maintained for maximum life. Battery expectation is 1000 recharge cycles. This has had under 50 cycles.
Both tyres are filled with ‘Slime’ puncture preventer. It has fitted lights, but also has USB rechargable lights, bell, mirror, rear pannier bag & extra large comfy saddle.
For Specs, It is a step through frame. The step height is 42cm it has a Bosch power pack 400 battery and Bosch mid drive pedal assist torque motor called Bosch Active line plus. It has hydraulic disc brakes, 8 speed Shimano thumb select gears.
The Frame size is S45. That means small, 45cm from pedal axle to top of the seat tube, so best for anyone between 5ft 6 and 6ft 4. With you’re your feet flat on the ground sitting on the saddle at its lowest point you would need an inside leg of min 28 inches. Comes with all original documents, 2 keys, charger, USB charging leads for extra lights, handbooks service records etc.
It has 4 power settings for the assistance, the levels and range on each setting are: ECO 87 miles, TOUR 49 miles, SPORT 37 miles, TURBO 32 miles. Quite obviously the higher the setting the more assistance you get.
It is absolutely faultless, everything works exactly as it should. Any inspection and test welcome. You would be encouraged to test ride it before buying, I can accompany you on the test ride with my other bike.
I am only selling as I have moved from road riding to trail riding and bought another bike more suitable to trails.
I am prepared to pass this great bike on to a new owner for only £800, which is an absolute steal. You will definitely not find another anything like this condition, at this price so don’t expect to offer any less, it won’t happen.
