EASY WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT - Adjustable dumbbell allows for quick weight adjustment. The weight set can be adjusted by slightly loosening the screw, there's no need to fully unscrew the collar/pin. Plates slot into each other into notches and are safely kept in place by tightening screw pins.
QUICK WEIGHT PLATE CHANGES - This process can be completed in seconds, no fully unscrewing collars
MULTIPLE WEIGHTS VARIATIONS - weight sets can be adjusted to multiple weights. . Adjustable dumbbell weights: 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg, 24kg, 26kg, 28kg, 30kg, 32kg, 34kg, and 36kg.
