About Us:
J&L Motorcycles in Carlisle was born in 2002. It was a small venture back at the start, with just a small shop and garage under the archway on English Damside which some of you may remember. We have always remembered our roots, so we just moved around the corner but made sure we've come a long way from those days!

We started initially back then with only the Yamaha franchise which continued successfully for some years. Then in 2007 it was time to expand, and we became a Kawasaki then Aprilia dealers. More recently we agreed terms with the Italian giants and became a Ducati dealership as well.

We now have 2 franchises, with one of the finest selections of used motorcycles and scooters under the one roof. Ducati & Kawasaki can all be seen here, with demonstrators available on selected models.

We have an extensive clothing and accessories department and stock items to suit every budget. To name but a few of our leading brands: Shoei Helmets, Shark Helmets, Nitro Helmets, Knox, Cold Killers, Richa, Akito, TCX, Kawasaki Official Apparel, Aprilia Official Apparel, Ducati Official Apparel & Ducati Dianese Technical Clothing. We have an extensive eBay clothing store.

J & L Motorcycles is committed to providing its customers with exceptional customer service, the best possible offers and the biggest choice.
