🧺 WE’RE HIRING – LAUNDRETTE MANAGER | WEMBLEY 🧺

We’re excited to be opening a new laundrette in the Wembley area and are looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Laundrette Manager to join us for the long term.

This isn’t just a temporary job. We’re building a business that we plan to grow, with the ambition of opening multiple laundrettes across London. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and potentially take on greater responsibility as the business expands.

👔 THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day running of the laundrette and making sure customers receive an excellent service.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing the daily operation of the laundrette
• Washing, drying, folding and preparing customers’ laundry
• Managing and coordinating our dry-cleaning service
• Helping customers and providing excellent customer service
• Keeping the laundrette clean, organised and welcoming
• Monitoring washing machines and dryers and reporting any maintenance issues
• Managing stock including detergents, bags, hangers and other supplies
• Handling payments and customer orders
• Opening and closing the premises
• Helping recruit, train and supervise additional staff as we grow
• Building relationships with regular customers and the local community
• Helping us introduce new services and improve the business
• Taking ownership and treating the laundrette as if it were your own

⭐ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, we would love someone who already has experience working in or managing a laundrette, dry cleaners or similar service business.

You should be reliable, hardworking, organised, trustworthy and confident dealing with customers. Most importantly, we want someone friendly and sociable who enjoys getting to know customers and becoming part of the local community.
