I tried to coordinate with them numerous times but they kept getting the date and time incorrect. On the actual day the cleaner came, she showed up an hour and half early. The cleaner did not complete everything on the checklist, trash was left in all the bins and she did not put back any of the grates, glassware, etc. also left things in the sink. She spent most of her time asking me questions or on her phone. I had cleaning to after she left, which defeats the whole purpose. They also make you pay a deposit and then don’t leave until you pay, I’ve never experienced that before. Overall, would not recommend.
