Description
In extremely good condition, this Pearl Midtown is in Black Gold Sparkle and has upgraded heads and snare wires. This kit consists of:
13x5.5 snare upgraded with Ambassador Coated head and Puresound 20 strand brass snare.
10x7 rack tom, with Remo Pinstripe Coated & G2 Clear.
13x12 floor tom, with Remo Pinstripe Coated & G2 Clear.
16x14 bass with stock heads.
Two Pearl cases.
...and as you can see, all with very little use.
In more detail:
The G2 heads have been put on to test, but not played. I also have the stock snare wires and stock heads for snare and rack tom. In examining the kit the only nicks/scuffs I could find are one on each of the toms which I have done my best to photograph.
This is a well made, nicely finished kit with good attention to detail such as the adjustable bass drum riser, the Opti-Loc tom mount, and cut out wooden hoop to provide clearance for the bass pedal chain. More importantly, the kit delivers an impressive tonal range, particularly with the non-stock heads and it sounds much bigger than many other small footprint portable kits.
Collection from NR6 but am open to offers re meeting up depending on location.
