Description
Motor Vehicle Technician
* Full Time/Permanent
* Monday - Friday - 8 hours (Flexible on working hours)
* No Weekends!
* Salary between £34,000 - £40,000
The Role of a Vehicle Technician:
* Carry out services on specific makes and models of vehicles
* Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles - such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation
* Identify issues with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment
* General maintenance and repairs
* Brakes checks and changes (pads and discs)
* Suspension work
* Repairs on lights
* Repairing and replacing exhausts
* Repairing and replacing clutches
* Dealing with gearboxes
* Plan and keep up to date records of repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
* Test the functionality xjnqpsq of parts and systems once repairs are completed
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
* NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI certifications required to Level 3 or Level 2 accepted with a minimum of 5 years services
* Time served - 5 Years+
* Hold a full valid driver license
