Description
The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client based in Salisbury, who are looking to appoint several skilled Vehicle Technicians to join their growing workshop team.
Opportunities are available across multiple levels, including Service Technicians, Vehicle Technicians, and Master Technicians. The salary will reflect this.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
Diagnose faults and complete vehicle health checks to identify additional work.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and documented accurately.
Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage environment is advantageous.
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair required.
A valid UK driving licence is essential.
The Package:
£34,000 basic salary depending on experience + bonus and overtime opportunities. Realistic and achievable OTE of £40,000+.
Hours: Monday – Friday - 8:30am-4:30pm.
1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid as overtime (Flat rate).
