A busy and well-regarded dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Offering a basic salary of £28,000–£32,000 with realistic OTE of £36,000–£40,000, this role also provides structured training, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and benefits such as a CBS car scheme, preferential service rates, and free local parking. Hours are 8:00–18:00 Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays required.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings efficiently
* Providing clear updates and advice throughout the service process
* Liaising with workshop staff to ensure smooth communication
* Preparing accurate cost estimates and handling invoicing
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
* Main dealer background desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic, OTE £36,000 – £40,000
* Hours: 8:00–18:00 Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00–17:30
* Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
* Benefits: CBS car scheme, preferential service rates, free local parking, training provided as required
