Location: Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey

Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE + Overtime OpportunitiesAre you a passionate Vehicle Technician looking to grow your skills and build a long-term career in a dynamic workshop environment? Our client, a specialist Motorsport and General Mechanical Workshop based in Kingston Upon Thames, is seeking a motivated Vehicle Improver to join their dedicated workshop team based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified technician with 2-3 years of experience to develop their career, with full training provided to enhance your skills in both general mechanics and motorsport.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs, including clutches and cambelts

Learning diagnostic techniques under the guidance of 3 senior technicians and an apprentice

Training in motorsport-specific skills with the opportunity to attend race events (if interested)

Maintaining accurate service records and adhering to health & safety standards

Developing your expertise with ongoing training, including MOT testing and Level 4 Hybrid trainingThe Ideal Vehicle Improver Technician:

Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent

2-3 years of experience in the motor trade

Moldable, adaptable, and eager to learn—no need for extensive experience with high-end cars

A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for career development
