Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (plus Saturday morning rota

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the few remaining family-owned dealer groups. Based at our modern and well-equipped Canterbury facility, this newly available position offers you the chance to become a key member of our aftersales team and develop your career within a respected and growing business.

Our client represents a strong portfolio of leading dealership brands including Fiat, Jeep, Abarth, Fiat Professional vans, and Alfa Romeo, giving you the opportunity to work on a wide and varied range of vehicles within a dynamic manufacturer group.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repair work in line with manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a range of vehicles

Diagnose faults accurately using modern diagnostic equipment

Complete work to Stellantis manufacturer standards and guidelines

Ensure all job cards and documentation are completed accurately and promptly

Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment

Keep up to date with technical training and manufacturer updatesAbout You:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (main dealer or independent background considered)

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail and commitment xjnqpsq to quality workmanship

Full UK driving licence requiredWhat We Offer:
