Description
Trainee NDT Workshop Technician
Fantastic opportunity to Train in our NDT department and in our cylinder shop to obtain accredited NDT qualifications and also DOT qualifications.
Working for a multi-million-pound organisation which has supplied industry leading Engineering and manufacturing services to the Aviation market for more than three decades.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Non-destructive testing of various aircraft components
· Inspection and testing of various oxygen cylinder
· Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to allow the purchasing and commercial departments to create customer estimates
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Must be over 21 to obtain non-destructive testing approval as per civil aviation requirements.
· Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
· Be a team player and can listen to our trainers and learn from there extensive experience
· Have a keen interest in aviation
