Job Title: Parts Handler / Stores Person (Spare Parts)

Location: Warrington area

Salary: Up to £29,000 per year (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday between 07:00 – 17:00

We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Parts Handler / Stores Operative to join our busy Parts Department in Warrington.

This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, stores, or spare parts experience who enjoys working in a practical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring spare parts are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to both internal teams and external customers.

This is a hands-on position that supports the smooth running of our operations and ensures orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Picking and packing spare parts accurately from customer and workshop orders

* Preparing, labelling, and dispatching shipments in line with company standards

* Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy

* Inspecting parts for damage or defects prior to dispatch

* Operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet trucks

* Maintaining accurate paperwork and electronic records

* Supporting the wider warehouse and parts team to meet order deadlines

Requirements

* Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or spare parts environment

* Comfortable working at height using access equipment or high-bay pickers

* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

* Forklift Counterbalance licence desirable

* Ability to work independently and use initiative

* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors when required

* Flexible with working hours and overtime when needed
