Description
Our client, an established franchise-approved dealership in Hereford, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its professional service reception and workshop team. This Vehicle Service Advisor position offers excellent earning potential, manufacturer-authorised training and strong long-term career prospects.

Working hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with one in two Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm.Duties:
As a Vehicle Service Advisor, greet customers and provide a professional, proactive service throughout their vehicle’s maintenance or repair journey.
Schedule servicing, maintenance and repair work, arranging courtesy vehicles where required.
Liaise closely with the workshop team, monitor work in progress and keep customers updated.
Identify and promote additional products and services where appropriate.
Communicate with the vehicle manufacturer to authorise warranty repairs.Requirements:
Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in a similar customer-focused automotive role.
Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
Good IT literacy; experience using Kerridge or ADP would be advantageous.
A clean UK driving licence with minimal points.
General knowledge of warranty procedures would be beneficial, although it is not essential.
