Our client, an established and successful dealership group, is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join its busy Aftersales team in Canterbury. Alternate Saturdays, 08:00–13:00, paid in addition to salary.

Monday to Friday working hours: 07:30–17:00.Duties:

As a Service Advisor, act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department.

Welcome customers and manage service enquiries in person, by telephone and email.

Book vehicle servicing, repairs and MOTs.

Liaise with technicians and communicate vehicle progress to customers.

Prepare estimates and explain completed work and associated costs.

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.

Identify suitable opportunities for additional products and services.

Support the team in delivering excellent customer satisfaction.Requirements:

Previous motor trade experience is essential.

Previous Service Advisor experience would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy dealership environment.

Positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
