We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious automotive dealership in Portsmouth, Hampshire, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy team. Act as the primary contact for customers during their service experience, delivering a professional and trustworthy service

Efficiently schedule vehicle repairs and services, liaising with customers and workshop staff

Maintain accurate customer records within company systems as the Service Advisor

Promote additional services and repairs identified through technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue

Provide regular and transparent updates to customers regarding vehicle progress

Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions

Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service deliveryRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, with knowledge of Kerridge, Keyloop, and RTC preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers professionally

Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment

A valid UK driving licence is essential for the Service Advisor
