Description
Service Advisor Vacancy
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership in Orpington. Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential; applicants with strong customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work to targets will also be considered. A Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
Job Details:
Location: Orpington
Salary: £35,000 basic + bonus, OTE £40,000
Joining Bonus: £1,000 in month one + £1,000 after 12 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:30pm

Act as the main link between customers and the workshop
Manage customer expectations throughout servicing and repair work
Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and completion times
Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Explain and recommend relevant additional products and services
Follow up with customers after work is completed
Work efficiently to achieve customer service and commercial targetsService Advisor Requirements
Strong customer service and customer-facing experience
Previous Service Advisor or automotive Aftersales experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working towards targets and deadlines
Strong organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence
