Service Advisor
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm, Saturday on rota
Location: Cheltenham

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / xjnqpsq Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
