We are recruiting for a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Tunbridge Wells.

Full-time role consisting of 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rotaDuties of a Service Advisor:

Act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking to collection

Greet customers professionally at the front desk and keep them informed throughout the service process

Proactively follow up with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction and build strong relationships

Complete administration tasks accurately and efficiently, supporting customers with future vehicle needs

Provide expert advice on maintenance, repairs, and service plans to help customers make informed decisions

Support team members to deliver excellent customer service consistentlyRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Ideally experience within the automotive industry, though exceptional customer service skills are highly valued

Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills

Ability to manage a busy workload and customer base effectively

Confident in using systems and technology to keep customers updated

Calm and professional under pressure
