Description
Our client, a well-established main dealership in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, is actively seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their skilled team.
This Service Advisor role offers an excellent platform for experienced motor trade professionals to progress within a reputable automotive environment.
The successful Professional will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing workshop bookings, and liaising effectively across departments.

Monday to Friday working week, 44.75 hours; no weekend work

Greeting customers warmly and booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing or repairs
Planning workshop workload efficiently and liaising with parts and workshop teams
Recording work carried out and updating customers on progress
Contacting customers for additional repairs or services as needed
Maintaining customer lead times and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Assisting with departmental administrative tasks and workshop schedulingRequirements:
Full UK manual driving licence
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or within a retail automotive service department is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Patient, attentive, and strong listening skills
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
