Service Advisor – Guildford
Salary: £33,000 – £37,000 OTE (depending on experience)
Location: Guildford
Full-time | Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and reputable main dealership in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade experience looking to progress within a professional aftersales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work
* Providing clear and professional communication throughout the vehicle journey
* Liaising with workshop and parts departments to ensure timely completion
* Upselling additional work, service plans, and warranties
* Managing courtesy cars and maintaining accurate job records
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability xjnqpsq to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
