Service Advisor – Main Dealer | Eastbourne | £32,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a busy, professional main dealer environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established team in Eastbourne, offering strong earning potential and a supportive workplace.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while ensuring smooth workshop operations. You’ll manage bookings, provide clear communication on vehicle progress, and help maximise customer satisfaction at every stage.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am – 1:00pm (included in package)

Salary & Benefits

* Basic salary: £32,000

* Bonus: £7,500 earned last year

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Local parking available

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in the motor trade (essential)

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Experience using systems such as Power or 1link preferred

* Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
