Location: Manchester

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 OTE/Package

We are looking for an organised, driven, and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our busy dealership team in Manchester. Representing a high-volume operation with a strong reputation for customer service and performance, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional and successful automotive business.

Working closely with the Sales Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring all vehicle sales are processed accurately and efficiently, helping to deliver a seamless experience for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Processing new and used vehicle sales from order through to delivery

Preparing and maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records

Taxing and registering vehicles

Producing invoices and managing vehicle stock records

Liaising with manufacturers, finance providers, customers, and internal departments

Ensuring all paperwork complies with company and regulatory standards

Managing vehicle funding submissions and settlements

Supporting the Sales Manager and wider sales team with administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets across multiple systems

What We're Looking For

Previous Sales Administration experience within the motor trade is preferred

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Confident using Microsoft Office and dealership systems

Strong communication skills and a professional approach

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
