Looking for your next challenge in Parts Management?

We're recruiting for an experienced and organised Parts Manager to join a successful and growing automotive business within the materials handling sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with parts, stores, inventory or stock control experience from an automotive or related industry who enjoys problem-solving, sourcing parts, and providing excellent support to both customers and engineers.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth supply of parts for workshop repairs, service engineers, rental fleets and customer orders, helping keep operations running efficiently.

The role

Source and order automotive parts, workshop consumables and service items

Manage stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks

Handle customer enquiries regarding parts availability and pricing

Support the service and workshop teams with parts requirements and updates

Identify alternative part numbers and cost-effective sourcing solutions

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries

Process returns, exchanges and warranty claims where required

Organise and assist with stock takes and price reviews

Maintain an organised and efficient parts department

You will ideally have :

Previous experience in Parts Management, Parts Advisor, Stores or Inventory roles in an automotive or related environment

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Good IT skills and confidence using stock management systems

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A proactive approach to problem-solving and cost control

Hours

Monday to Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
