Join us as a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor at our franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon. We are seeking an experienced professional to support our busy Parts Department and deliver outstanding service to trade, retail and workshop customers.

We are seeking a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join our established local business and contribute to the continued success of our commercial vehicle operation.

Benefits:

As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will receive a salary of £30,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Performance-related bonus scheme offering £300 per month, plus 1% over 120% of the monthly target.

25 days’ annual leave plus eight bank holidays.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.Duties:

In this Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor role, you will handle parts enquiries and sales for trade and retail customers.

Identify parts accurately using an electronic parts catalogue and process orders promptly.

Pick, dispatch and supply parts to HGV Technicians in the workshop.

Provide professional customer service face to face, by email and over the telephone.

Maintain accurate stock control and cover the Parts Delivery Driver during periods of absence.

Use Kerridge or Keyloop systems where applicable.Requirements:

To succeed as a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will need recent or current experience in a similar automotive parts role.

Experience within a franchise-approved dealership or motor factor is essential.

Commercial vehicle parts experience is advantageous but not essential.

Strong customer service, sales and communication skills.

Good IT literacy and confidence using electronic parts catalogue systems.

A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
