We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run dealership in Great Yarmouth for the position of Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor seeking to advance their career within a supportive and professional environment. Our client values dedication, expertise, and excellent customer service, offering the right individual a stable and rewarding role in the motor trade.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £30,000, complemented by a competitive bonus structure
Realistic on-target earnings of approximately £36,000 annually
Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Stable, locally renowned dealership with a strong reputation in the automotive industryDuties of a Parts Advisor:
Providing excellent customer service to both retail and trade clients
Managing parts stock levels and ensuring availability of required items
Processing parts orders and sales efficiently and accurately
Offering technical advice and assistance to customers and colleagues
Maintaining dealership stock records and ensuring inventory accuracy
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to maximise sales
Supporting the dealership’s parts department to meet and exceed customer expectationsRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment
Strong organisational xjnqpsq and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
