Managing parts sales and stock levels with efficiency and accuracy
Processing parts orders promptly and ensuring timely delivery
Offering technical guidance and support regarding vehicle parts
Liaising effectively with workshop and service departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems in line with company standardsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a comparable role within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and parts systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in German is essential for this position
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
