Monday to Friday working hours, 45 hours per week, with rota’d Saturday morningsKey Duties:

Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales, providing professional customer service

Managing stock control, including ordering and maintaining parts inventory

Supporting workshop and service departments by supplying required parts promptly

Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and stock movements

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service

Promoting additional product sales where appropriate

Adhering to dealership procedures and standards at all timesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive role; Bodyshop Parts Advisor experience is also considered

Good knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational skills, with great attention to detail
