Our client, a leading name in automotive solutions, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to strengthen their dynamic team. Stable working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with an average of one in three Saturday mornings (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)Duties:
Assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts, primarily supporting trade B2B sales
Providing expert advice on products and services tailored to customer requirements
Managing inventory levels efficiently to ensure the availability of parts
Collaborating with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service
Staying informed on the latest industry trends, parts, and accessories
Maintaining accurate records and processing transactions efficientlyRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive trade
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and inventory management systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Familiarity with industry-specific computer systems and stock control software
