Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician

Location: Dundee

Pay: Up to £24 per hour DOE + Uncapped Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician to join a busy, well-established automotive accident repair centre in Dundee.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest vehicle repair groups, offering a consistent workload, excellent earning potential and a fantastic £5,000 Golden Hello for successful applicants.

The workshop completes over 200 repairs per month, providing a steady flow of accident repair work across cars and light commercial vehicles.

The Role – Panel Beater / Panel Technician

*

Carrying out vehicle body repairs following road traffic accidents and insurance claims.

*

Repairing damaged vehicle panels, bodywork and structural components.

*

Panel beating, dent removal and reshaping damaged metalwork.

*

Replacing and fitting vehicle panels where required.

*

Working alongside MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers and other Bodyshop Technicians.

*

Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

*

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.

*

Working efficiently to meet productivity targets and repair deadlines.

Requirements – Panel Beater / Vehicle Body Repair Technician

*

Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.

*

Experience within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre.

*

Strong knowledge of vehicle accident repairs and panel replacement.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.

*

Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality repairs.

*

ATA accreditation or NVQ qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
