Description
Panel Beater - £21-£22 per Hour | Let's Keep It Simple
If you're a decent Panel Beater, you already know the score…
Bad jobs get rushed.
Management don't listen.
And somehow you're expected to just crack on.
This role isn't that.
Here's what you're walking into
A busy, well-run commercial bodyshop working on:
Vans
HGVs
Trailers
Fleet vehicles
It's proper work - not quick patch-ups.
You'll have the time, equipment, and setup to do the job right.
The money
£21-£22 per hour
Based on your experience and ATA (if you've got it)
Steady hours, steady workflow
No gimmicks. Just solid pay for solid work.
The job
Day to day, you'll be:
Repairing and replacing panels
Straightening and aligning damaged vehicles
Working on both structural and cosmetic repairs
Keeping work to a high standard without being rushed into bodges
You'll be working alongside people who know what they're doing - no babysitting, no chaos.
What they're looking for
Someone who actually knows their trade
Experience as a Panel Beater (cars or commercials)
ATA is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
Someone who takes pride in their work
If you're the type who hates sending out a bad job, you'll fit in here. xjnqpsq
Why it's worth a look
Consistent work - no worrying about quiet weeks
Decent workshop, decent kit
No nonsense environment
You're treated like a skilled tradesperson, not just a number
