Description
We are representing a well-established, family-run automotive business in Billingshurst, currently seeking a dedicated MOT Tester to join their reputable team. This MOT Tester role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a trusted, customer-focused environment, performing MOT tests on a variety of vehicles.

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with no weekend work

Conduct MOT tests on a wide range of vehicles in accordance with VOSA standards and government regulations
Maintain strict adherence to MOT testing standards to ensure customer trust and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with the workshop team to deliver high-quality service in line with company standards
Support junior staff and apprentices by sharing technical expertise and guidance as required
Ensure vehicle safety, roadworthiness, and compliance through diligent testing proceduresRequirements of an MOT Tester:
Valid MOT Smart card and qualified MOT Tester certification
Proven experience in conducting MOT tests with a strong understanding of VOSA and government standards
Demonstrable commitment to high standards of workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
