In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping customer equipment running safely and efficiently:

Carry out on-site diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on Forklift and material-handling equipmentPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checksIdentify and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faultsReplace or repair faulty parts and componentsComplete service reports and maintain accurate documentationProvide technical guidance to customers on correct equipment useEnsure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer requirementsManage van stock, tools, and equipment effectivelyRespond to breakdown callouts and prioritise workloadsMaintain a professional, customer-first approach on every visitWhat we're looking for:
