Description
What you can expect as a MET Technician:
* Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:30pm
* Salary - £20 - £22 per hour
* NO Weekends
* Company will help you gain your ATA qualification - This will lead to a pay rise
The Role of an MET Technician:
* Must have experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle.
* Carry out diagnostic checks on vehicles.
* Geometry Wheel Alignment.
* Suspension and mechanical duties.
* Stripping and Fitting Vehicles before and after paint.
* Stripping and Fitting bumpers and doors.
* Repairing interior Plastics and Seats.
* Repairing Exterior Plastics.
* Experience with ADAS systems - desirable but not essential
* Repairing Windscreens - desirable but not essential
* Repairing, stripping and fitting dashboards.
* Dealing with wiring throughout the car.
Qualifications
* ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified MET Technician or time served within an MET Technician role. xjnqpsq
* Full valid driving licence
* Previous experience of working within an accident repair centre or with prestige vehicles would be desirable.
