Location: Birmingham

Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for experienced Manual Paint Sprayers to join a busy manufacturing team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for spraying, including masking and sanding.

Apply paint manually using spray guns to a variety of metal or plastic components.

Ensure high-quality finish and consistency across all sprayed items.

Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.

Follow health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in manual paint spraying is essential.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work night shifts.

Reliable and punctual.
