HGV Technician

Description

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, a franchise-approved Commercial Vehicle Dealership, based in the Eardisley/Herefordshire area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect an hourly salary of £20 per hour, rising to £24 per hour with additional qualifications.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Alternating early/lates shift rota Monday to Friday. Week 1 is 6:00am-2:00pm and Week 2 is 2:00am-10:00pm.Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs

Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation

Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department

Completion of MOT preparationRequirements:

Previous working experience within the role

Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, but strong time-served Technicians considered.

Excellent mechanical knowledge
