Location: Heathrow

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus + Great Company Benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours a week - across 3 shift patterns)

1 in 3 Saturday Mornings - Paid X1.5

We are looking for a HGV Service Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor to work for a successful, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Company based around the Heathrow area.

Responsibilities as a HGV Service Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor:

* Adhere to the Service process as defined by the brand and company standards.

* Conduct thorough job preparation, ensuring all customer concerns and vehicle details are accurately recorded and followed up.

* Inform customers of any outstanding recalls or additional work and arrange for prompt completion of required work.

* Provide vehicle updates and progress for customers

* Liaising with Customers, Management and Technicians

* Order or request parts once proper authorisation has been received.

* Build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

* Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
