Simply Automotive is an independent Castrol Service Centre in Creekmoor, Poole. Dealership-quality service at independent prices. We are a busy, growing team with more than 500 5* Google reviews, looking after private customers, local businesses and fleets.

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers and the link between the front desk and the workshop.

What you’ll do

* Answer calls, emails and walk-ins, and book work into the diary

* Check vehicles in, explain the work needed in plain English, and give clear quotes

* Turn health check findings and MOT advisories into booked work

* Keep customers updated through the day and get approval before extra work starts

* Send MOT and service reminders, and follow up outstanding quotes

* Prepare invoices, take payments and look after trade and fleet accounts

* Work closely with our General Manager and technicians to keep the workshop running smoothly

What we’re looking for

* Experience as a service advisor or receptionist in a garage or dealership. xjnqpsq We’ll also consider strong customer service candidates with good car knowledge.

* Confident on the phone and comfortable explaining technical work and prices

* Organised, accurate and calm when the diary is full

* Good computer skills; experience with a garage management system is a plus

* Full UK driving licence

What we offer

* £28,000 – £32,000 basic depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus on work sold

* Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30

* 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays, plus workplace pension
