Assistant Centre Manager required in Plymouth
Fast-Fit Garage
Basic salary up to £32k DOE, plus bonus on top.

We’re working with a busy Fast-Fit Garage in Plymouth, that’s on the hunt for an Assistant Centre Manager. Supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop
Making sure customers receive excellent service and leave happy
Supervising and helping out technicians and fast fit staff
Managing appointment schedules and workflow in the workshop
Keeping everything safe and compliant with health and safety standards
Promoting additional services and helping meet sales targetsRequirements of this Assistant Centre Manager role:
Experience working in a fast fit or automotive service environment
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Good organisational and communication skills
Strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service
Technical knowledge, ideally with some supervisory or technician experience
